New Jersey’s Permit Extension Act Signed Into Law

Signed ActGovernor Christie has signed an amendment to the Permit Extension Act that extends the validity of certain development “approvals” to December 31, 2014. This was the third amendment to the Act, which was originally signed into law in 2008 in response to the real estate market crash.
