Nicholas Rollo is an associate attorney on the Employment Law team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. He focuses his practice on litigating cases with complex employment issues, counseling employers on handling discrimination and harassment allegations in the workplace, and informing employers about ways to avoid and mitigate improper conduct based on relevant case law. He is also a contributor to the Team’s Employer's Legal Resource Blog.

As a member of the Wilentz’s Artificial Intelligence Committee, Nicholas works with other attorney members to explore the use of artificial intelligence at the firm to enhance firm resources to benefit the client’s experience. Nicholas also brings his focus on developments in Artificial Intelligence to employment law by anticipating concerns and guiding clients through this evolving technology.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Nicholas clerked for The Honorable Katie A. Gummer of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, where he conducted legal research, prepared legal memoranda on appeals, and recommended disposition of appeals in various areas of New Jersey state law.

He earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School, cum laude, where he served as a managing editor for the Journal of Law & Religion. He received his B.A. from Gettysburg College.
