Yessica J. Pinales is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Ms. Pinales represents lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial financing transactions, including leveraged financing, asset-based financing, commercial real estate acquisition and refinancing and non-real estate financing.

Ms. Pinales earned her law degree at St. John's University School of Law, where she contributed to the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal, published by the New York State Bar Association. From 2017-2018, she served as President of the National Latino/a Law Student Association, a progressive, collective organization of law school chapters from all regions of the United States dedicated to empowering latino and latina law students. As a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Ms. Pinales assisted the Middlesex County Courthouse judges in trials and pre-trials and other civil proceedings. 

During law school, Ms. Pinales also served as Assistant Vice President and Financial Center Manager at Bank of America, where she identified and implemented solutions to mitigate financial risk and assisted in financial fraud investigations.

Actively engaged in the legal community, Ms. Pinales is the Public Relations Chair of the Young Lawyers Section at the Essex County Bar Association, and a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. Ms. Pinales is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Ms. Pinales was recognized in the "Ones to Watch" 2023 list by Best Lawyers in America.
